T&U live in California, in USA and called our wedding planner of Bordeaux to organize their long-distance wedding. They wanted a wedding that was out of ordinary. Emmanuelle organized and proposed several venues for their wedding. The couple fell in love with Château Soutard, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé Vineyard. They did their wedding at Château Soutard.
T&U celebrated their union with a religious ceremony in the church of Saint Magne in Saint-Magne-de-Castillon.
T&U have attented weddings in Spain where the cocktail reception started at 2pm, the dinner at 5pm and the dance at 9pm. This allows everyone to enjoy the wedding.
They wanted to offer this same schedule at their wedding.
The cocktail took place under the trees of the magnificent park, offering a breathtaking view of the Saint-Émilion vineyards.
A reception tent was set up in the park for a rustic wedding lunch/dinner.
The dance party took place in the château’s “chicken coop” named poulailler in French. An exclusive, privatized area that had never before been used in this configuration.
A dance floor was set up under the stars under the magnificent tree, illuminated by fairy lights.
Emmanuelle’s DJ partner (Muchas Matthias) provided the evening’s entertainment until early in the morning.
Tailor made cocktails created during a tasting session with the bartenders were proposed to guests.
The bride and the groom had a cocktail to their name and tasting.
Each providers were lucky enough to receive a bottle of Château Soutard wine offered by the newlyweds.
A wonderful way of thanking them for making this moment unforgettable in their lives.
